What if I need a custom sheet metal product that is not on your site?
If there is a specific sheet metal product that you are having trouble locating please call our office directly at 603-746-2001 or fax us a sketch at 603-746-2002. Our expert sales staff will guide you through the fabrication process and provide you with a quote.
What is the average turnaround time on your products?
We have some products such as plain leader heads, downspouts, standard flashing, half round & k style gutters, gutter accessories, flat sheets and coils that we keep in stock and are available immediately. The turnaround for custom fabricated products will depend on the detail, material and quantity of the order but can average between 1-4 days for small orders and up to 2 weeks for large orders.
What if I am uncertain of the gauge of the material I need?
The gauge (thickness) can be significant when ordering your product. Please refer to our conversion chart for assistance.
What sheet metal materials do you offer?
The available materials depend on the specific products you choose. We fabricate our products in the following: copper, lead coated copper, evergreen copper, freedom grey (zinc coated copper), aluminum, anodized aluminum, baked enamel in bronze/white, brown/aluminum, high gloss white, stainless steel, brushed stainless steel, diamond plate, galvanized steel, kynar 500 in aluminum or galvanized, mill finish and more!
What is the quickest way to get a quote?
Most of our products have our patent pending “U Price” system in place. You can simply fill in your measurements and get an instant price quote. If you are not sure of your measurements or need further assistance you can fax us a sketch of your item to 603-746-2002 or call us at 603-746-2001.
Can I return a custom product after it has been ordered?
Advanced Rapid Machining (ARM) products cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed and fabrication has begun. Our in house technicians begin fabricating immediately once an order has been approved.
Can I return a stock item?
Yes. If the item is in good condition you can return it by simply emailing us directly or calling our office at 603-746-2001. Customer service will provide you with an RA# (return authorization). Please note there is a 7-10 day grace period and a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns.
Do you offer discounts for industry professionals?

Can you replicate a pre-existing item?
Yes. There are many products such as decorative cornices, ornamental leader heads/ conductor heads, planters, shutters etc. that we can replicate. However, you will need to provide our technicians with a sample of the original which shows the measurements and details of the piece.
Do you provide shop drawings?
Yes. Our in house AutoCAD designers can provide you with shop drawings on your custom job for a minimal fee. We will work with you in making any necessary changes in order to meet your needs.
Do you deliver?
Yes. For special delivery requests please call our office at 603-746-2001. If we cannot accommodate your request our sales staff will provide you with alternate options.
Do you offer shipping services?
Yes. Advanced Rapid Machining (ARM) ships nationwide. We offer the following shipping services: DHL, FEDEX, Freight, UPS & USPS. Please be aware that shipping fees are an additional charge to the total of your order. The cost depends on how quickly you need to receive your product.
How is my order packed?
All our orders are shipped in cardboard boxes with reinforced metal edges and stuffed with the necessary materials. Each item is professionally inspected prior to leaving our warehouse.
What if I receive a visibly damaged package?
If you notice that your package is visibly damaged we advise that you refuse the item at arrival. If you do not refuse the package and notice your order is damaged please call our office 603-746-2001 immediately and ask to speak with our shipping department.
What are my payment options?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and money order/check.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using credit card or bank account. With PayPal, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

What if I want to send a money order/check?
If you choose to pay with a money order or check we cannot begin fabricating until payment is received by our accounting department. You must send a printed copy of your invoice along with your money order/check in order to complete your payment process. We will update your account which will notify you that payment has been received and fabrication has started.
